Our Mission

Xavier Nation,

MusketeerGear.com is a non-profit founded by Xavier alumni but run by and for Xavier student-athletes – enabling fans to support student-athletes in ways they’ve never had before.

Our definition of support is not single-threaded financially. We are also firmly committed to supporting the whole person: professionally, mentally, and emotionally. Each student-athlete with merchandise on this site seized the opportunity to be involved in the design, sharing their own personal story behind it, and collaborating with teammates, family, and friends about it. Their full participation reaped rewards in the understanding of the economics behind the site – including the marketing launch plans and strategies in how merchandise is created, sourced, manufactured, and delivered. Each athlete gains in all these personal and professional ways beyond just financial gain.

Support Xavier and our student-athletes by enabling them to be the best they can absolutely be while continuing the Jesuit tradition of learning, caring, and giving back. As a fanbase, we now have the opportunity – more than ever before – to help our teams reach even higher levels of achievement.
